A mystery – Nathan Israel Frank
A body found on the side of Spooner Summit on Aug. 10 has been identified, but officials are no closer to finding the man’s next of kin.
An autopsy revealed that Nathan Israel Frank, 79, died in his sleep of natural causes at least two days before a motorist spotted his remains in a ravine on the northbound side of Highway 50 West, halfway between Carson City and Spooner Summit.
According to Alan Glover, administrator and clerk recorder for Carson City, all he knows about Frank is his name, date of birth and date of death. After that the leads have dried up. (Nevada Appeal)
It appears this man has been a loner and a “hobo” for the majority of his life. If he has any family it appears he long ago lost contact with them.

Worth Noting
"Live a good life. If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by. If there are gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them. If there are no gods, then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones. I am not afraid." ~ Marcus Aurelius Blogroll

can’t you hear the steel rails hummin’ that’s a hobo’s lullaby…..
That’s so sad, to have your life end and no one there to at least claim the body. I hope the find someone who is related.
