Isn’t that Congress’ job? Or DoJ?  Oh. Wait. And the fact that the board works “mostly in secret” and had many of its powers stripped by GW, makes this look like just another head fake. Exactly what will (or can) the board do once it “investigates violations of law?”  Make recommendations that Obama will ignore?
